Main Accountabilities…

  • To collaborate on the graphics and branding for all styles from concept to launch ensuring all timescales are adhered to.
  • Always be forward thinking. Challenge the “norm”. Represent to lead & others follow.
  • Maintain an archive of graphics and images.
  • Prepare and update Represent’s Brand Guidelines & directory, to maintain consistency across the collections.
  • Prepare graphic packs for developers including layouts and formats.
  • To assist with scaling and graphic placement.
  • To stick to the critical path with the product team, to execute a well-balanced and commercial range plan. Ensure all timelines are met including tech packs and sample deadlines.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day graphic design and development operational tasks, to deliver the goals and objectives as set by the Creative Director, Graphics Lead & Senior graphic designer– in line with the company vision.
  • Independently plan and organise allocated workload. To ensure that all tech-packs are of the highest standard and can be accurately translated by the factory into the best quality 1st Proto’s.
  • Co-ordinate regular communication with all suppliers on any graphic related issues.
  • Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designer on new logo developments.
  • Prepare graphic mood boards for the season.
  • Expertly create Tech Packs on PLM system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Attend fit sessions and proto reviews when requested to do so.
  • To research key trends and looks for the upcoming season, using WGSN, Vogue runway, comp. shopping, exhibitions and vintage stores.
  • Superb attention to detail, review artworks for errors and mistakes. – Accuracy is critical
  • Introduce and implement efficient working methods.
  • Work closely with the Graphics team to improve current processes
  • Flexible and open to evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Assist at design direction meeting, bringing newness and creative ideas to the team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Graphics team & product developer.
  • Set up styles on PLM system & assign product codes.
  • Understanding of the brand aesthetic
  • Ensure that all graphics are of the highest standard and can be accurately translated by the factory into the best quality 1st Proto’s in conjunction with the product developer.

  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands on when required. Be prepared to assist at all levels
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.

You have…

  • 5+ years Graphic design experience.
  • Strong Illustrator and photoshop skills.
  • Have a diverse handwriting and understand different product categories.
  • A passion for menswear design and the luxury branded market.
  • Excellent communication skills

  • A relevant creative degree.
  • Apparel experience.
  • Experience in custom Typography
